What form of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept Paypal Direct Fund Transfer or Major Credit Cards via the Paypal system. A Paypal account is not required for credit card payment. We do not accept Checks, eChecks or Money Orders. Kansas residents will be charged state Sales Tax.

How will my purchase be shipped? How long will it take?
We utilize USPS Priority Mail for both domestic & international shipments unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges INCLUDE Delivery Confirmation & Shipping Insurance (where available). Items are shipped within 24-48 hours of payment date (excluding weekends, holidays, vacations). A Shipping Notice will be sent to buyer. Once package is accepted by shipper, delivery time can vary greatly. We cannot guarantee or control shipping time. Domestic USA shipments are normally received within 3 business days. International shipping usually takes approx. 7-10 working days, but is controlled by the differing Customs procedures & Delivery practices of individual countries. Shipping insurance is VOID, and NO REFUND will be given by carrier or seller, if your package is stolen, lost, etc. from your designated "Ship To" address. Once the shipping carrier delivers your package, their obligations AND OURS, have been fulfilled. Please make sure you have alternate arrangements for your shipment if you will not be available at time of delivery. Please Note: If your insured package is damaged upon arrival DO NOT dispose of any shipping materials and CONTACT US for further instructions!!

Can I return my purchase?
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for non-fitting garments, footwear, accessories, etc. unless we have made a gross error in measurements listed. Accurate measurements are provided in each listing. Please check these measurements carefully & compare with an item you already own of similar style that fits you well. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for differing color perceptions. We do our best to show accurate color representation in the listing pictures as well as the written description. Please remember that color display varies from monitor to monitor. We do our best to inspect each item we sell thoroughly and provide accurate descriptions, measurements and any issues present. That said, we are human and occasionally inadvertent mistakes can be made. We welcome the opportunity to work out an mutually agreeable solution to any customer dissatisfaction. If you feel your purchase falls into this category, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of Delivery Confirmation date to discuss any discrepancies. We will require the item be returned to us - postmarked within 2 days of contact, at Buyers expense, in the exact condition as purchased & received, via the same shipping method (including insurance & delivery confirmation) as originally shipped. We will then determine if an error in the listing was made. If we find we did make an error in listing, the full purchase price, original shipping costs & the cost of return shipping will be promptly & cheerfully refunded to buyer or they may choose to receive a Store Credit in that amount towards purchase of another item. If we find that no error was made in the listing, the Buyer will be offered the opportunity to have the item returned to them, at Buyers expense. No refund, exchange or credit will be given. We mark all items with an indelible, invisible ink. This mark is only visible when viewed thru the corresponding scanner. The ink does not affect fabric, paint, etc. in any way. The ink will scan original color if there has been no usage, wear or any other condition altering circumstance including laundering/cleaning. If condition has been altered in any way, the scan will show a different color.
